Dr. Ramy Elsohagy, a graduate of O6U „October 6 University, joined his father’s practice in 2004 . The practice was already well established and has been running for more than 30 years. The chief feature setting of the practice was the integration of different techniques or materials and the reliance on clinical studies and scientific evidence to select the most ideal, most effective treatment methods for a range of conditions.
He chose to specialize in 2011 in Fixed Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry after seeing
rapid results with difficult cases. He then worked as an instructor in „Cairo University-Clinic“. As new technologies, methods and materials developed, he has continued to add these to the interdisciplinary treatment options available to patients. Some of these include, Implementing Orthodontics into an ideal Restorative treatment plan, Esthetic and Functional Oral Rehabilitation.
In 2014 he registered as a Specialist in the Egyptian Dental Syndicate and since then also a member of the Egyptian Society of Prosthodontists and published his first scientific article in the Egyptian Dental Journal EDJ in 2015.
Between 2015 and 2019 he has gathered more years of clinical experience exclusively in the field of Orthodontics in Vienna.
In 2020 he was awarded the academic title Dr.med.dent. from the Medical University of Vienna and works since then as a self-employed Specialist and is a member in the Austrian Dental Chamber.
